Braised Pork Ramen

Braised beef and beef tendon in vegetable broth with choice of Tom Yum or shoyu broth, topped with seasoned bamboo shoots, seasoned egg, black mushrooms, Naruto maki, green onion and nori.

Vegetable broth with choice of miso, shio, or shoyu with Tofu, Bok Choy, beansprout, scallion, peas and black mushroom.

Special broth, shoyu tare, topped with Choice of pork chashu, chicken chashu, shrimp tempura, or mixed seafood, black mushrooms, seasoned egg, seasoned bamboo shoots, and green onions, Peas, Naruto Maki and dry seaweed.
